RETURNS OF MASKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.
These general sales conditions regulate all relations between the company ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. and its Internet customers (hereinafter referred to as the CUSTOMER).
Before carrying out any transaction, the customer acknowledges that he/she knows and declares that he/she accepts these conditions from the moment he/she clicks on the button "I have read and accept the general conditions of sale".
1. Particular conditions of sale
The CUSTOMER acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, quantity, color, product details, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placement of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.
The CUSTOMER makes the order by clicking on the tab "add to my purchase", then once added all the items you want to purchase click on the button "go to the box". The order is completed when the customer indicates the option "I have read and accept the general conditions of sale", and completes the payment process. ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L.'s automatic registration systems serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
3. Order confirmation
ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. confirms acceptance of your order to the CUSTOMER by e-mail. The sale shall not be completed until ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. confirms the order. ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. reserves the right not to confirm an order for any particular reason, such as a shortage of products, a problem relating to the order received, an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem relating to the delivery. ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. shall inform the CUSTOMER of these circumstances.
4. Payment of orders
The CUSTOMER may choose between payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer. In the event of payment by bank transfer, ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. will not consider the order confirmed by the customer until it receives the payment.
5. Terms of delivery of orders
The CUSTOMER will choose the place of reception of the goods at the time of placing the order. The transport of the product will be made by the agency and according to the rate that appears in the purchase process at each time for the place of shipment.
Deliveries will be made within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt of order or payment by bank transfer.
6. Delivery and reception costs of the orders
Delivery costs will be quoted on the website at the time of ordering and will be charged to the CUSTOMER. They shall only be charged to ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. in cases where the order is destined for the Iberian Peninsula and exceeds 60 euros (VAT included). When placing an order, the CUSTOMER agrees to sign the reception sheet presented by the person making the delivery, in which he/she may include any observations that he/she considers necessary. By signing the reception sheet, the CUSTOMER acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated on it.
If the CUSTOMER observes damaged or missing products, he must contact the Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org, within a maximum period of five days.
7. Shipping company
Deliveries will be made by MRW during normal office hours.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the CUSTOMER is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. Payment for the products and services is made by credit card in a secure environment on our supplier's server or by bank transfer at the customer's choice. The customer's credit card shall be charged in euros within 2 days of acceptance of the order by ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L., which shall retain ownership of the products until the customer pays the price of the products and services in full.
9. Product files
The photographs showing the products are provided as an indication. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products shown in the virtual store may differ from the real color of the product.
10. Terms of payment
The ordered products will be delivered after payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express) or after receipt of the bank transfer payment.
The CUSTOMER will benefit from the guarantee for hidden defects in the products sold. However, the warranty will not be valid if damage occurs due to improper handling, washing, drying or ironing
12. Right and period of withdrawal
The CLIENT has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the CUSTOMER or a third party indicated by the CUSTOMER, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. in writing at the email address email@example.com of its decision to withdraw from the contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by the CUSTOMER of the right of withdrawal be sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
13. Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event that the CUSTOMER withdraws from the contract, ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. shall return the amount of the purchase to the CUSTOMER, except for delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the CUSTOMER informs us of its decision to withdraw from this contract. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first
The CUSTOMER shall return the goods to which ELIA LEGIONENSE, S.L. provides them without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the CUSTOMER communicates its decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered to have been met if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired. The CUSTOMER will assume the direct cost of returning the goods.
